Delete Your EverGreen Account

In the App

1. Open the EverGreen app and tap your picture at the top of any tab to open Account.
2. Tap Delete account and confirm.
3. Sign in once more (with Apple, Google, or your password) to confirm it’s you. The account is deleted right away.

Using EverGreen as a guest? Tap Delete guest account on the same screen.

On the Website

1. Sign in at dr-evergreen.com.
2. On your Account page, choose Delete account and confirm.

By Email

No longer have the app? Email support@dr-evergreen.com from the address on your account, with the subject “Delete my EverGreen account.” We’ll confirm the request and delete the account within 30 days.

What Is Deleted

• Your profile: name, email address (and username, if you made one in an earlier version), and sign-in methods.
• Your plants, sensors, settings, and full reading history.
• Share codes you created, and the access of everyone you shared a plant with.
• Your access to plants other people shared with you.
• Care reports you sent, and your push notification token.
• EverGreen’s access to your Apple ID, if you used Sign in with Apple in the iPhone app.

Your sensors reset themselves the next time they check in, so they’re ready to pair again.

What We Keep, and Why

• Order records (order number, items, totals, and the email used at checkout) — kept for as long as tax, accounting, and warranty obligations require.
• A reset note with each sensor’s ID — kept only until that sensor checks in and resets itself.
• Security records, such as IP addresses used to limit abuse — deleted automatically, usually within a day.
